You hired someone to handle the work. Three months in, they're still learning. Six months in, they're productive. We automate it in 3 days. Same outcome. $50K less a year.
How it works
We ask about the roles you're struggling to fill or thinking about hiring. You describe the work — we tell you what's automatable and what a build would cost vs. the salary.
One role, one automation. Typically 3–5 days. We map every step of the workflow and replace the rules-based work with a system that runs 24/7 without benefits or PTO.
No surprise hourly bills or endless retainers. We build it for a flat fee, show you it working end-to-end, and stay with you for 30 days to make sure it sticks. You get a system — not a prototype.
Some workflows still need a human. We'll say so before you spend a dollar — and you'll walk away with a clear picture of what's actually automatable in your operation.

Common questions
No. I'm helping businesses adapt to a world where AI exists whether they use it or not.
The companies that figure this out will have more capacity, less burnout, and better jobs — not fewer of them. The ones that don't will keep grinding through work that software handles in seconds.
I believe this leads to more freedom and more meaningful work for people. That's the direction I'm building toward.
We find out before you commit. The Build & Cost Walkthrough exists specifically to determine if the automation is viable for your operation. If it's not a fit, we'll tell you before you spend anything. After delivery, there's a 30-day transition period where we stay close — adjusting, training, making sure it sticks.
Usually no. Most automations run in the background using the tools your team already has. In some cases a team member stays in the loop for decisions the automation can’t make on its own — we map that out during the build so there are no surprises.
